Walgreens

Lori and bill have no idea what theyre doing. I went in to deposit money on my capital one like ive done numerous times here and first it was i dont know if i can deposit that much and then it was, we dont do that here and i reply i just did it here last week. Bill had an attitude and all they cared about was getting through the line . They did the transaction and then voided it, and then i couldnt add the money because you can only add so much in one day. Now i cant make the payments that need to be paid because they had no idea what they were doing and didnt want to help me. My worst experience ever at walgreens, this is why i choose CVS.

Went to the River & Craycroft Walgreens to try to do some photo printing. All 3 employees which were there, were all very helpful &friendly. I was very impressed. Maria

They don't have an ATM at this location anymore because of a past incident with theft. Ridiculous, considering that this is one of the nicest areas in Tucson. I really wish they had one here. Most Walgreens stores do. Also the energy was lackingnot many customers. If you are looking for a Walgreens with an ATM there's one down the road a bit on Grant & Swan that has an AllPoint ATM, and that location is open 24/7.

Rudest customer service in their pharmacy, from the girl who answered my call to the women (as she corrected me when I said girl) who completed my call after being placed on hold for 4 mins.

Over and Over again..I have spoken with managers regarding the disrespectful and racist behavior of 'one' staffer at this location ..the person continues to be employed there! District area manager refuses to contact me.... before I transfer my pharmacy account to a different business...I will probably file for violation of my civil rights and discrimination...if this woman/staffer was a person of color..she would have been fired by now...but since I am person of color filing the complaint.. management has ignored my numerous complaints!
