Dollar General

The store is consistently a disaster, even for a dollar store. it's an embarrassment to the community. There's a family dollar just down the street. Worth the extra minute or two of drive/walk time.

One of the nastiest Dollar General's I've been in. There's trash covering the parking lot and cigarette butts everywhere. the shelves are empty all the time . Never any employees to be found at the cash register. The Family Dollar across the street takes more pride in their store.

This store is ran so poorly only 1 cashier and the self checkout line closed it was a 20 minute wait to get my order checked out. Then the girl at the counter seemed more interested in her cell phone than the customers. And the other lady working there was not about to open another register and the self checkout was not working. So very sad guess I will go back to shopping at the family dollar store were it's ran correctly with almost no wait time at the counter.

Staff is very friendly, but the store itself is a mess with items disorganized and kinda thrown everywhere. The self checkout machine was a pain to use as well, and this is coming from a tech-savvy person. But overall, I know first-hand the value that these types of stores bring to places like this and it seems to accomplish that goal for the community where an actual grocery store wouldn't build a store.
