The Children's Place

We love this store. It has a great selection, awesome discounts/deals, and best of all a wonderful staff. I had read the reviews and was worried because they pretty much all say the same thing. I even asked about the reviews because they seemed unfounded. A recent staff change has pretty much solved all the previous review issues. Even though its a further drive from the other store in town, we will be going back to this one for sure.

I walked in and then RIGHT out! It looked like a literal tornado hit. Just piles and piles of clothes in disarray. Just being in there made me feel stressed out and dirty. This was right at opening too before people had a chance to mess stuff up. Absolutely terrible. It will be online shopping from here on out.

I dont even know what to say about this place. I have never dealt with such dumb and incompetent employees in my entire life. Dumb is an understatement. All I wanted to do was EXCHANGE a pair of pants for my daughter. Apparently that was rocket science for the girl trying to figure it out for over 35 minutes. I got sick of her trying to figure it out and ended up leaving. These people are clearly not trained properly or just flat out D-U-M-B!
