Foothills mall location had an extremly rude sales lady. I waited at the register for a few minutes before she acknowledged me...she did see me and she was stocking some clothes and continued to do so after seeing me waiting. After she came up to the register would not allow me to exchage a little shirt or pants my daughter got as a gift that didn't fit her because i didn't have a receipt. She informed me it had to be the exact item in a size up or size down, which they didn't have on stock. She wouldn't let me choose the same items, just in a different color since they didn't have her size. She rudely stated "that's why we give gift receipts". She offered no help, no options and i wouldn't have been as upset had she been a bit more friendly. Never giving this location buisness again!
