I called previously to ask if I could exchange sides or a pick up order when I bought the wrong size Accidentally they confirmed I could. a couple of days later I went in to pick up the clothes. I explained to the person at the front that I just wanted to exchange the clothes. No return she scanned this clothes with the wrong size. And then she had me scan my card. And then afterwards, I told her OK i could just exchange the clothes for it and she said yes, we'll exchange them the she has Mr pick out the clothes and go through the whole storeonce, I went up to the register. I was I was greeted by another lady that I assume was her manager and I told her I was supposed to just exchange off these clothes. I said the other lady, has a transaction already open for me and then she explained, oh, no, you're gonna have to wait till the money comes back on your card. There was no point in time where I said I wanted to refund and I. Specifically told the previous lady that I needed to ship the clothes for them to Arrive in time for Christmas so she understood. And then after I picked out all the clothes. She then tells me I have to wait for a refund to come back and buy the clothes is ridiculous.And rude and I wasted an hour waiting for the exchange when they did it incorrectly they had no remorse they didn't care one bit and now someone isn't getting Christmas gifts till after Christmas

I went in today with my daughter and it smelled absolutely disgusting in there. It actually made me nauseous and we couldnt even shop. Im not sure what the deal is and I cant even explain the smell but it was worse than raw sewage. None of the workers even addressed it when we came in. If it were me Id be profusely apologizing to the customers and explaining the situation instead of just ignoring it

The worst return policy I have ever dealt with!! I have shopped here for long time and never had to return anything. They can't look up purchases from the past If you don't have your receipt but have a tag on it you still cannot return it or exchange it for a different style you, have to get the same style dress. I have a credit card with this company and she refused or could not help me look up my receipt in order to return or exchange it for a different style. I will be canceling my credit card and never shopping here again
