      image Anthony and Brendaqn were very professional , very personable and nice. Went over in details what they planned to do before beginning cleaning process. All 3 rooms of carpets look great! I would highly recommend them and Stanley Steemer to anyone in the future.

      image I had a whole house cleaning with rugs, furniture, ceramic tile and ducts cleaned. Should have received a discount but because I didnt book off line I didnt get one. The duct cleaning guys missed a duct but other than that it was great. The guys doing the tile cleaning were a little reluctant to move furniture unless we were in the room watching. My husband and I were there moving furniture as well so not like they had to do it all. They cleaned around a dresser and when asked if theyd clean under it they admitted they didnt but didnt want to bring the machine and hoses in over the now cleaned tile. Also grout wasnt cleaned as on the website. Somewhat disappointing but the floor is cleaner than it was. Would I hire them again? Probably but with reservations.

      image I appreciate that the overall job was good. But some of the problem area still remains. I can still smell my cats accident areas. It looks good. Not great and the smell is still an issue.
