Terry the technician was nice to work with. You have to chase this company down for your report or documentation after, though.

I also wanted to inform any potential customers about the spectacular job Terry, Eric, and the entire crew did for the cleaning project here! The quick response time was impeccable from them and communication was perfect. Terry and Eric had excellent time management with all tasks at hand we threw at them. Terry came over 1st and was so nice & knowledgeable!! I told him that "Rite Way Plumbing" came over & told me I needed a whole new sewer line for $11,500.00!! My insurance company asked me if I wanted to go ahead with Riteway or would I like my insurance company's restoration company to come over to look at it. I said sure.. Best decision EVER!! Terry suggested for me to call "Code Blue Plumbing" so I did... Jose from Code Blue Plumbing came over & without me telling him anything, he went under my house & found a clog for $375.00!! Unfortunately, that clog made damage in my walls.. so, after I called Riteway and told the owner/manager about how much his company tried to rip me off, I then asked him, "How do you sleep at night knowing your company rips off hard working people?!" His response: "I sleep very well!" I put a Google review about this and "Ali" from Riteway called me and left a message saying they "Really dropped the ball" on my bid and house and to please call her back so they can "right a wrong." NO, I DID NOT CALL BACK! So, after Terry was done with his quote, his thoughts about what I need to order for my new tub & surrounding, he turned over Jose from Service Master to the job. Jose was so on time (& I live in Catalina AZ!) He was always on time, clean, wearing a mask and had his team named Mark & Daniel come and complete the new wall they made, put in everything I ordered for my new shower/tub, new tile- they fixed everything with diamond precision!! I am so happy with my new bathroom and SO HAPPY I CHOSE SERVICE MASTER!! Services: Water damage cleanup, Flooring, Painting, Mold inspection, Mold removal, Plumbing, Remodeling

Great customer service. Everyone we worked with was polite and helpful. If you have water damage and need prompt and friendly service give them a call!

These guys complained about having to work for a living. Quotes: "We had to work a 16 hr day yesterday. (Not my problem. Take it up with your boss.) "Even the Lord rested on the 7th day." when they came in to test the moisture levels in the ceilings & the de-humidifiers & fans. (Again, not my problem.) I didn't respond to them, but I would not recommend this company. The workers whine about almost everything.That, and they didn't call to give us a time window or even 10 minutes before they showed up.
