T & T Cleaning & Restoration

We had 6 rooms and this hallway cleaned. While 3 of the carpeted rooms look good, the traffic areas in the rest of the rooms were not improved. While I understand that traffic areas are harder to clean, I feel that more attention could have been given to those areas. I feel that the person was watching the clock because he finished in two hours instead of focusing on doing a better job. The photo below is after the cleaning.

The carpets look absolutely amazing. They were done with 4 rooms in about 1 1/2 hours. Highly Recommend and Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a roof leak during the weekend. They came out last night to do the appraisal and today they came out and started the remediation. Quick, friendly and professional.

T and T is such a pleasure to do business with. We had a roof leak yesterday and within a few hours of calling them, Iric thoroughly explained the process and Griffin came over and determined what was needed to remove the damaged drywall and ensure no mold would grow. Today Miguel and Marco removed the damaged drywall and set up the containment area. They were very polite, very helpful, and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. Tomorrow one of the managers will help us with filing the claim with our insurance. We had a very negative experience with another company doing a remediation job, so the professionalism and kindness of everyone at T and T is all the more appreciated because of that. We are so grateful and relieved we found them. Highly recommend!
