My experience here, after going to the Bridal Shop in Tucson was amazing! The customer service, the dresses, the time spent and memories made were amazing. I started my search at the Bridal Shop in Tucson off of Speedway.  They were horrible and recommended I go to  Laura's Bridal.  So glad, he did! Here is my review of The Bridal Shop and their response.Just in case you live in Tucson and wanted to shop for a wedding dress. Stay away from #Thebridalshop off Speedway.A month ago I started planning a location to get a wedding dress. I wanted to have a local company and not give the "Big Names" a client because they do well without me. So, in my searching I found a place called "The Bridal Shop". I looked at their dresses online and thought what a perfect place. It looked cute and small and the dresses were amazing online so I booked the appointment. When I called and booked a man answered and the only thing he said was, yes we can get you in , "what is your size " . I told him , a 10 or 12. So a couple days before the appointment I called and asked if we can bring champagne and he said , yes. We didn't want to get "loaded" just cheers to finding "the dress".When we showed up the place was dirty, smelled and he was the only one on staff. I asked him who would help me get dressed and he replied, your brides maids. Then I asked are these dresses your only selection and he said, yes we only carry size 8. I said, well I called and told you I was a size 10 to 12. He said, well I can't help you. We ended up at Laura's Bridal and they were amazing. I also, wrote a review for the Bridal Shop. My friend and I came to Lauras to look for a wedding dress for her wedding.
When we came in an employee did not great us but continued to be on the phone. We stood and waited to be acknowledged until finally I started to look around and then the employee asked if we had an appointment which we didnt and I told her we might as well look around if no one is going to help us. She told me I was rude and I left
