        Absolutely ridiculous. Went to return a pair of shoes because they did not fit me, the lady never told me if I returned them Id lose my 15 dollar reward UNTIL after I did the return! Then she was disrespectful about it. Will never ever shop here again. Have had nothing but issues and disrespect.

        This store was my absolute fave late 90's - 2005.i We'd use the coupons and get 350$ worth clothing for like a 125. Loved the staff.. But no more, I won't go in there again. Their Clearance prices are ridiculous and the employees are to busy talking to each other! Sorry Torrid- more like Horrid
