I took a large number of items in January 2016, I was told that it would be 6 weeks before the items could be priced. I called in March, I was advised to call back in April. When I called in April I was told that my items were still not priced. I asked if I should just come pick them up if they were too busy but I wad told they would have my items completely done by the end of May. In fact, I was promised no later than Memorial Day. I've been calling since then and no response to my messages and now the message machine is full. Last time I drove to the location on Oracle during their posted hours to try to speak with someone the store was closed. Just really disappointed with utter lack of customer service. At this juncture, I have no idea if this place is even still operating and what has happened to my items.

Rude, unfriendly, and they know the exact tricks for making money - and keeping it for themselves . i will not use them again. Huge turn off to consignment stores from now on.

Don't do it. I suspect the owner Michele Lafayette is a pathological liar.
My consignment items disappeared within a day after I took them in.
When I methodically followed up with Michele she made excuses. She consistently told me to be patient while she hired new people, because she had so much inventory and professed that personal changes were not keeping up with incoming merchandise. I had many other excuses from her on multiple occasions over email, but none to explain why her business practices are sketchy. Crooked is really what I think.
I emailed and got a few follow up emails. Among them "I am so sorry, I know, I am working on an immediate newsletter to go out. I had emergency back surgery and am at home. I am doing phone interviews to hire staff". (I've since learned that she uses these excuses with others all the time..)
I received an email from owner Michele dated November 19, 2015 and I still have no acknowledgement from this snake oil saleswoman. It's now 3 months later.... She still hasn't acknowledged either my consignment items or if they were sold.
Nothing was done with website following my registration. With unfulfilled promises to have my items registered on website "soon", I am still without either my goods or a sale. NO follow up to explain where the items went, and certainly Michele never registered them on website as promised.
My two high end new items (shoes) had not been worn. So I thought I'd get a good return on something that had been in my closet just sitting, in original boxes, with the new tags still on. I not only do not recommend this "business", but think it's fair to warn against consignment there.

I dropped clothes off in December and was told they would be entered into the system within the week and I could find my items in my account. My fault for not asking for a receipt. Three attempts to log in to my account and when I finally was able to, nothing was there. I emailed the manager several times in March and got lame responses from other staff as to why my items weren't showing. I finally went into the Grant Rd location and was told they had no record of the 6-7 items I left. The clerk behind the counter basically said there was nothing she could do. No one from management ever called me to apologize or offer me any compensation, so I've basically told every resale shopper I know.
