Bridal Affair

I was located in the Phoenix Valley area and was having trouble finding a certain style bridesmaid dress to try on locally. I called Bridal Affair as they carried the designer I was looking for and explained to her that I was looking for a certain style and was wondering if she had it in the store. I even had the style number ready for her. I said I was just checking before I made the 200+ mile round trip. She rudely replied "I don't have time to look up things over the phone, you need to come to the store." Then she hung up. No apology, no reason why, no goodbye, she just hung up before I could respond.
I'm actually surprised a store with such terrible customer service can stay in business. Judging by the replies here, I'm not alone. It will be a cold day in hell before I recommend this store to anyone.
