BEWARE DO NOT RENT!! FROM THIS MAN!!! SCAME ARTIST I Rented from this man for a short term lease always paid my rent on time. Even though the living conditions were less than exceptable. For starters, there was never a smoke detector. I mean at the least. Right?. We've since moved out. But, even that is turning into a circus. I don't understand how this man is still in business. We gave him proper notice of 30 days made Shure the unit was properly cleaned and reached out via text after not being able to reach this man by phone to return the keys to him we finally got a response from him seven days later talking about we still had his keys and was still in possession of the unit and he refused to give security deposit back DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN

Just a rip off like all the reviews say. Just google, Tim Wright Slumlord. and youll know. Give them a call if you want the worst Rental company!!

The legend Tim has help many people over the many years of him as a land lord. No one talks what good a person does. just the bad. Simple guy pay your rent. He had saved my family for Christmas lots of gifts.
City of tempe needs name a street after him as much ad he had done for them also.
