There's been a ton of maintenance requests at our property because the house is falling apart which normally is fine. However, the AC vent to change the filter is 20 ft off of the ground amd they charge us $50 to replace a filter less than $10 while already here for maintenance requests. We do not have a latter. I guess we have to spend hundreds of dollars on a latter just while we live here to change the ac filter each month to avoid a $50 filter charge. Def not resigning the lease.

Absolutely Zero communication skills. They also have a very hard time paying their commissions once you have your tenant client sign their ridiculous lease agreement! #ZeroStars

Euphemia is an absolute GEM. She treated us like family and did her absolute best to get us into our current place. She was definitely in our corner and was very accommodating for us moving from across country and getting all the initial payment together. Even if throughout our current lease we have tons of issues with the property management, we will never forget the customer service Euphemia provided us during such a stressful time.
