    As a property owner, I can say that we gave these guys more than a fair chance, but after the first owners stole the security deposit and left, now the second owners are making decisions without our consent, continuously charging fees for things we did not authorize, and in the end we have lost thousands of dollars, I can say with confidence that you should find another property management company.

    We lived in one of their units for a year with no problems. When we moved out, it took almost 3 months to get our security deposit back and the only reason we got it, was because I called a couple times to let them know that we hadn't received it. Once we finally received it, there were a couple hundred dollars worth of "damages" that had been deducted. On the paper I was instructed to "see attached" for an explanation but there was no other paper. I called the office to let them know there was no attached list. They emailed me the list of items (example: $40 to repair holes in the wall from nails (which I think is a RIDICULOUS amount in the first place), $25 missing bedroom door handle) among other things that I KNOW FOR A FACT we did not leave in such a manner! In addition to that, at the top of the sheet they listed an incorrect apartment #. Thinking that they had made an error due to the wrong apartment number, I emailed and tried to call the office MANY times to speak to someone to resolve the issue. I was told the only person who could help me was Aaron who was NEVER available...NEVER. After TWO FULL WEEKS (this is true) of trying to call/email and speak to him, I finally get an email from the secretary stating that the list of damaged items was correct because they just mis wrote the apartment number. I emailed her back and said I would still like to speak with Aaron about the list of damages stated because I know they are incorrect. It will be a little over 4 weeks tomorrow that I started this whole fiasco...and it has still not been resolved. Yes they were fine while we were living in the unit (probably mainly because we never dealt with them), but now that I'm not a "paying customer" anymore, things have gotten a little different...
