Villatree Apartments

Second day living here and my car got towed. While moving they NEVER ONCE mentioned the rules of parking. They stated we could park anywhere. Apparently you CANNOT reverse park but again this was NEVER mentioned. Not even a week living here and already experiencing a HUGE INCONVENIENCE. Wanted to take my kiddo to school but COULD NOT because they towed my car WITHOUT A WARNING. I dont know maybe telling new residents that you cannot reverse park should be a thing?? Or a warning would be nice. A big fat sticker on my car window for a warning sounds a lot better than WASTING A GOOD AMOUNT OF HARD EARNED MONEY. THANK YOU VILLATREE FOR THIS WELCOMING EXPERIENCE .

Worst complex I have ever lived in. Not only is management the worst to deal with, but it is unlivable. Air condition is terrible. Outdated water cooling air that doesnt stand a chance against AZ heat, dont count on your apt getting cooler than 78. To top that off, the complex switches the cooling off in the winter months so when a heat wave comes in February youre hosed. Water lines break once a month. Outside lamp posts were non functional for 6 months before they fixed them. Nobody cleans up their animal droppings, especially in the dog park. There is a complex wide cockroach infestation. I have spoken with others around the complex and they all have said that the pest control isnt working for their unit also. Lastly, goodluck getting anything fixed. Maintenance takes weeks if not months to get to any work orders. Front office will also delete or list work order as complete even though nothing has been done. If youve read this far, please think twice before signing a lease here.

Juniper is my favorite person! I feel so welcome and comfortable and a trillion things are making me nervous but I know Juniper and Amy are here to answer any questions I have! So thrilled to be moving in to my new home

Website is misleading, agent was friendly but not all costs are listed, as well as the availability listed is not correct. I called about one that is listed available and it is not available. Remember the listed rental price is the "base" if asking for price make sure you ask for the TOTAL Rent amount NOT the base this is also true for most rentals I am noticing it must be a new trend.
