One of the worst place to live, I lived on 3rd floor, the ones above us keep on skipping and banging doors in the middle of the night. I specifically asked for non smoker as roommate but they paired me with a weed chainsmoker . The front office don't care at all, there are lot of shady points in the lease which prevents them from basically doing anything. They will not take responsibility of your broken AC, your roommate issues or basically anything at all. This is ONE of the WORST places to live.

ive never lived in a worse environment. they really do not care about their residents. also the place is discusting.

I dont usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn anyone reading this DO NOT LIVE AT SOL.
Most of the gates are unlocked and homeless people easily make their way into the complex to go through our trash cans :) The bathrooms by the gym/lounge are locked 24/7 since homeless people sleep in there sometimes (exact quote from office staff)... Heres a wild thought: fix the gates so they cant enter in the first place! And fyi, the gym here is actually laughable; it quite literally has nothing!
The Sol shuttle to ASU is out of order 50% of the time. Managements priorities are completely out of wack youd think theyre here to listen and help you, but they tend to focus on marketing to new residents without batting an eye at their current residents. They dont even respond to emails (so please dont reply telling me to email). There are many more complaints I can list but this is already getting long.
We were just informed that this week, staff will be routinely entering our apartment to renovate for future Sol residents WHILE WE ARE STILL ACTIVELY LIVING HERE! Our lease doesnt end until July, but here we are in March being told to lock up our pets and reorganize the whole apartment to make room for staff to raid and remodel the place. Maybe instead of using your resources to make Instagram posts of random apartments that arent even Sol, start providing timely and sufficient communication with your existing residents.
I lived at Alight Tempe for 2 years before this and it was a million times better. Youre better off at Vertex or literally anywhere else; just dont sign that Sol lease.
