Cape Cod Apartments

My partner & I had the pleasure of renting with both Cape Cod and their Mesa location (San Jose) We have been renting with them for over two years and I would highly recommend the complex to anybody who is looking for a home! Complex is clean, well kept, no bugs, and maintenance crew is very nice as well. Mia made our lease process super easy and she always does her best to keep everyone happy at the complex. Loved that there is a brewery right across for the days when I didnt want to cook. Does get busy on weekends or when they have events but overall its not too noisy. Area in general is quiet and calm and really liked that there is a small park a few blocks down 1000/10 experience

Moving experience was great! Upon entering the leasing office I was greeted by Trish. She's awesome! Saw many tenants walking dogs (Great first impression since I love doggos.) I was treated with respect and smiles. Happy to call myself a resident!

If anyone is looking to move into a quiet, afordable & peaceful neighborhood where everybody is friendly and the staff is always there for you this is the spot, there are always fun activities to do such as basketball, tennis or swimming, but one of my favorite things about the apartment complex is the neighbors, they are always nice and respectful but also caring and serviceable, & one more thing I wanted to mention is that Maintenance does an awesome job talking care of their tenants, thank you for the awesome experience Cave Cod youll definitely be missed- Juan Vega

I have lived here for about two months and it is great! The apartments are wonderful inside and out, and the property is kept very clean. The residents are quiet and keep to themselves, but are also very nice in passing. No roaches! There is some ambient noise from the brewery, but you can only hear it a little on the weekends. Personally it doesnt bother me! The apartments are very spacious, especially for Tempe. Update: Now 2 years at this complex and still no complaints! Maintanance gets to everyone super fast and they are very pleasant and respectful. This property is truly a gem.
