        Lived here for 3 years. Once in the B6 unit and once in the B2L unit. Definitely the best management out of any apartment Ive lived in (especially in the Tempe area). If you ever have issues regarding ANYTHING (apartment or the community) they will do their best to try to help. I once had my AC go out in the middle of the night and they were there in about 30 min.

        Great place to live with very close proximity to Tempe bars and restaurants on Mill. Also amazing amenities like the pool lounge i use quite often with a projector for sports!

        We lived at Lakeside Drive for a little over a year and had a wonderful experience. Management was great with upkeep and enforcing community policies. They were always nice and maintenance was very efficient. We lived in the studio, which really felt like a one bedroom. Plenty of space for us and our pup. We would have stayed if work didnt take us to another state. Thank you, Lakeside Drive!

        This is my second lease at Lakeside Drive and this by far is the most creative resident event we've received so far!! Create your own succulent plants with wine and charcuterie. Thank you Lakeside for always providing top notch amenities!!
