        Pros: 1. Close to ASU Tempe Campus -- less than a mile. 2. Bus stop is right outside the apartment. you can take Mercury West (Valley metro bus) to reach the ASU Tempe campus. 3. Close to Food city, Desi plaza, Gracias thrift store, bharat bazaar all in walkable locations. 4. Maintenance is good if u can put a service request and point out the issue. 5. Spacious rooms. Cons: 1. Personal opinion: Rent is on the higher side when compared to the other nearby apartments yet the apartment space negate the con. 2. To access gym and swimming pool we need to access the univ pointe main apartment which is by far the most difficult. 3. There is no balcony style / sit-out in this lemon grove apartments. 4. Lots of maintenance is required. But overall the pros is on the higher side and hence it's recommended for students.
