        I went to this location for the first time and will never go back. The woman that was in her late forties (clearly not an young inexperienced employee) was acting like the sky was falling and being so dramatic simply because she was having to do her job that she's getting paid to do. She made it clear the customers that were coming in were putting her out. I stood in line while 2 other customers were helped. Once it was my turn she said to the young girl that was trying to be helpful, that she now had to help her. That I could just scan my boxes myself. Why didn't she say that right when I walked in!? Instead she wasted my time and then had me do her job for her. This location has definitely earned their crummy Google ranking. I also see in the bad reviews the owner of the page responds and asks customers email an email linked to ups. Why don't you actually do something effective for the business and get the employees properly trained and fire the ones that don't belive in customer service.
