The UPS Store

Heres my 2 centsa seller printed a label at the store, affixed the label to package, took picture of said package and receipt and dropped the the outgoing bin. A week goes by and still has not been scanned. All Of a sudden the package has a new tracking number and it priority usps. Still no movement on the OG package. Package arrives 3 days later and looks like it was ran over, bothe end of box ripped up. I fear the worst. Much to my surprise, whats inside but the original bubble mailer with bubble wrap around it. Take it out and the tape on back of mailer was ripped open and my contents missing. Reported to the seller, usps and according to seller, the owner has her 2 boys working there and could be one of them. Only one of them has access to print labels. So I told the seller I want total value of the item stolen gave her until today to make good on the item stolen by her employee or I will file a formal report of theft. Mail theft is federal and as owner of establishment, she should be very concerned. The emails and reports are already filled out and ready to hit send. Maam you have until your store closes to get me my money or I hit send
