        I am giving them a 1 star because I attempted to be a new patient and COULD NOT get past their robot assistant. I wanted to verify insurance info and couldnt get a real person. When I tried saying, new patient the robot couldnt determine what I was asking for. Im all about technology, but this is a hard pass if you cant even be bothered to speak directly to potential patients.

        Dr. Dan does a very good job on his exams. He informs you on health items. He is very patient with questions you may have. I didn't feel rushed and will continue to use him as my Optometrist. The whole staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you!
