        Google only allows 5 stars so I gave Nikita 10 stars I came into the Surprise Arizona location at Waddell rd . I met with Nikita . Nikita went above her scope of duties of what she had to work with to see that my glasses were fixed before I left . She was extremely welcoming and an above average worker . On that day , Nikita was America's Best and lived up to the name! Thank you very much

        Everyone was super nice. I was told my glasses would be done February 29-march 4th. It's now March 14th. I've called twice 1st time the lady was a little rude. I can't drive when it gets dusk/dark. My eyes are killing me in pain with headaches. I'm so ready for my glasses. I hate being impatient, but I was told a time frame, and I'm having vision issues.
