I would like to thank Dr. Baird for the fine care he provided me. When I went to see him, I was having trouble seeing due to inflammation of the cornea and extreme dry eyes. After the wonderful treatment I received from Dr. Baird and his staff, I am now happy to say that my eyes and vision are almost back to normal. I would highly recommend Dr. Baird and his team to anyone who is suffering from dry eyes. Thank you Dr. Baird!

This was one of my first experiences with an optometrist and it was incredible! I havent ever worn glasses before but I noticed some headaches after long hours of studying so I went and visited Dr. Baird and he was able to help me figure out what was going on and now its much easier to study. I did want to mention how great their staff was. I had lots of help picking out some frames and it was pretty simple and easy altogether! I think they utilize your time well for the most part, paper work and a little waiting is usually typical for any doctors office you go to. I highly recommend the Village Eye care and my family will continue to go there in the future!

Wanted to give them a try a few weeks ago since they had all great reviews. Now seeing the more recent reviews, I agree about it feeling salesy. I understand it's a business but I spent $530 putting in an order for frames + lenses. They called a week later to let me know the frames are discontinued and wanted to "re-fit" me for another pair of frames. My initial visit I had already spent a long time trying on many frames and only found one pair that worked for me, this is personal as I am very pick and I will not spend $500+ on something I dont like. I kindly asked for a refund through voice-mail and texts for several weeks. It was easy for them to charge $500 but hard to reach the office when I wanted to check in on the refund request. I was told that they may not be refundable. Very frustrating. I ended up having to dispute with my insurance, who helped get me the refund for the eyeglasses. On top of the frames issue.. the prescription I was given was totally off. I don't have the patience to dispute another refund for the exam. So I went down the road to Target today (paid out of pocket due to wasting my benefits at village eye care) and had a much better experience AND the right prescription. I never leave reviews like this, but this experience was just not fun and I would hate to have someone else go through this too.

Hands down the best eye doctor Ive been to! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and shopping for glasses felt more like a consultation than a sales pitch. I didnt feel rushed asking questions to my doctor, and left feeling a lot better about my eye health! Never going anywhere else.
