We LOVED our time at this property. I recommend it without hesitation. The pool was lovely and heated during our stay allowing us to swim in 50 degree weather! The location was close to hiking spots, restaurants, groceries. Management responded quickly when needed and welcomed us with open arms. A true gem!

Heads-up that that Turnkey was purchased by Vacasa in March 2021 and they have rebranded as Vacasa in the Arizona market. Vacasa now runs the show and as of this writing, Vacasa Arizona LLC enjoys a stellar 1.0 rating on 8 reviews and deservedly so. I can't speak to the guest experience, but a warning to property owners: this company is disjointed, amateurish, and most importantly, will put your budding business at risk of running afoul of city, county, and/or state regulations. I dropped out during onboarding because of unacceptable errors. Not worth it.

Overall the house was lovely and we had a great time. I was disappointed that there were not enough towels or toilet paper and when we requested more we were accused of having more people than what was on our reservation. However, that did get worked out. There also wasn't dishwasher detergent, extra garbage bags, broom or working vacuum so we could clean up after ourselves.
