I enjoyed my stay with David and he was very nice giving instructions etc ahead of time... only problem was I rented this place for my father's bday getaway. Obviously you need to be 25 to rent and I am 24 at the moment but figured it wouldn't be a big deal as I was having 2 older adults in the room 50+. ... I was constantly harrased by front desk staff about this policy upon checkin and my entire week there every time I'd visit front desk for various reasons... It's sad a very responsible 24 year old is treated like a 12 year old by front desk staff. I left the unit in amazing shape and cleaned every bottle / piece of trash before leaving as that's the type of renter I am... much more responsible than a lot of older adults I've stayed with in the past. Again, fun experience, amazing room, awful customer service from agents on property. It's totally fine to accept the $2100 for the week from me but I can't use my credit card for $150 security deposit?!?!?! What sense does that even make?? The answer is 0.

Our family stayed in one of Davids beautiful condos. Had the best time! My husband was very impressed with how nice the condo was. David throughly answered all our questions and made us feel safe and at ease about our trip. Highly recommend and we will be using his services in the future!
