I cant say enough positive things about Scottsdale Stays. We were in Scottsdale for over a month because my husband was getting treatment in the area. Robin (owner) and his wife were beyond accommodating, kind and responsive! We stayed at 3 of their properties. All of the properties were clean and comfortable. They were very easy to work with and even gifted us a very nice bottle of wine! Above and beyond! I recommend anyone heading to the Scottsdale area to use Scottsdale Stays. I will recommend to all of our family and friends and we will use them again for sure! Thank you so much Robin!

Horrible experience. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. We arrived at the house and there were bloody tampons in the trash, the sheets were dirty, blood on the sheets, champagne bottles in the pool filter, pink feathers everywhere, standing water in the shower, the house was disgusting. The pool was completely unusable because it was littered with palm branches, dirt, and sand, and the water was green and murky. The bottom of the pool wasnt even visible. Robin the owner was no help and was slow to respond and then completely unresponsive. This was by far the worst vacation experience.

Owner is extremely rude, unhelpful and not an honest person. Stay away!!
