        Only one employee to welcome customers. Only one car being worked on and was told I need to schedule an appointment to get my 2 tires balanced, useless

        I had all four tires put on 2 years ago brand new and I went there today my air light came on and I took it in and was told they will call never did waited over 2 hours just for them to tell me that I will have to pay out of pocket for the tire. The tire is still under warranty and I still got suck with paying for a new tire. So having a warranty doesn't make sense to me since I will have to pay out of pocket he said yes the tire for one tire is 900 & you just have to pay 108 plus tax it doesn't make sense specially since i paid that much for all four tires. Costco tire shop has disappointed me again
