        I left my open house only to find that I had a flat tire. I knew I could not make it safely home on a complete flat, so I rushed to the closest discount tire possible. There were only 12 minutes until they closed when I arrived. Instead of acting frustrated or turning me away, Tyler, Cole and their team greeted me nicely and told me they would definitely help me right away. They were able to remove the screw found in my tire, repair it, and fill my tire quickly and I was on my way home in about 15 minutes total! This is why I always buy my tires from Discount Tire. Their commitment to service is truly unmatched!

        All I can saw is WOW! The entire team at this discount was outstanding, but in particular, Tyler was phenomenal as someone who has been in retail and sales for many years, I take pride and great customer service, and also know it is very hard to find. He truly went above and beyond, and I have never received service like this From any other location. I will only be utilizing this location moving forward, as Im so impressed.         Made an appointment online on a Saturday for a Monday morning 9am arrival to replace 4 tires. Arrived at 9am, bought the tires and car was done at 9:15am when the car was promised back at 10:30am. All bays were full when I arrived, and I thought no way are they going to have my car done. They were so fast and efficient, it felt like a true Nascar Pitstop. Pricing not too bad either.
