I tried having my 2018 Genesis G80 serviced at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale and after scheduling an appointment, I received a voicemail that said my appointment was canceled because they could no longer service my car there. Ive been there multiple times before but for some reason they no longer work on Genesis models past 2013 or so, which I had purchased before then upgraded to a 2018 later on. They recommended Earnhardt Genesis North Scottsdale and after seeing absolutely abysmal ratings of their service department, I called Pepboys on Scottsdale Rd. Ive taken all my vehicles to this shop over the years and Ive always received great service. Not only did they take good care of my little Genni, they applied discounts to my total that saved me a nice chunk of change, unlike the dealerships. Im sticking with Pepboys from now on.

Went to get my oil changed, They did a wonderful job, quick and easy and very kind as well as a great crew. Got a detailed complimentary inspection. Would go again 10/10.
