Lack of selections.

Love the darling coat I purchased for my granddaughter before Christmas. The ladies there, 2 days before Christmas, were knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant.

Saw a manager yell at and berate another employee. Was very uncomfortable with the shopping experience.
