The employees look at and assume everyone that comes into the store are going to shoplift! I was actually looking at reviews yesterday because when I looked at my GPS it sparked my interest of why the stores reviews were so bad. I read reviews about this same thing - people being accused of shoplifting, but when I went in today, had an employee with a different name then they mentioned and figured it would be fine. I was in the store about 10 minutes and left absolutely disgusted. As I walked the store I watched the employee eye ball every customer. As I waited on her to ring me up I watched her eyeball every single person that walked out the door, to the extent that she was looking up and down them and at any bags they had. As she was ringing me up she was so focused on staring at everyone in the store that her customer service was awful. One lady came in and she even made it clear to me she was suspicious of this lady. This lady did nothing and stole nothing. She did this to every single customer. It’s awful!

Gymboree was my go to place but after my last few visits to your store I have had terrible customer service experience. Your employee Brenda has tainted the reputation of your Brand. She has shown the upmost disregard for customer service, including mistreating my daughter. She didn’t show any type of patience or kindness! I hope this gets address and resolved!

The most beautiful baby clothes at a good price. Everything was discounted which made it even sweeter. The customer service was incredible and it made me feel like I could stay there forever. I will most definitely go back to the store and purchase more merchandise. If you have kids or know someone that have kids and you want to give them something, but don't know what to buy make sure to visit this store before doing anything else.
