        Hughes sold the wrong parts to my customer then refused to return the parts. I will not be sending my customers to Hughes, from now on it's Amazon. Amazon also has better prices.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for parts of kits that have already been installed. Your salesperson did provide you with the necessary 6 function cartridge to fix the issue.
