Not a contractor in the field. Just an average joe homeowner DIY guy trying to save and save I did :) . They had all the parts I needed to get My Bradford water heater up and running. No need for sitting around waiting on uncertain shipment during the upcoming holiday. The staff was very approachable and helpful. Only issue I had was the major part purchased which was the most expensive was not correct even though recommended by the back office warehouse. I had to make a second trip to get correct part which wasn't a big deal. However I then had to make 3rd trip. The correct part exchanged for was actually broken in the box which wasn't the stores fault it was clearly brand new and damage in shipping or stocking. All together this place seems to have just about everything a contractor or homeowner would need with regards to plumbing needs. If you're like me and doing a single home project. If the part/product comes in a enclosed box just open it while there. May save you a trip. I'd recommended them for sure.
