        We have a party in ballrooms, They should consider being more "generous" in desserts and drinks opsions despite the fact the price we paid. Bad for them !

        Be super aware to not leave anything behind because your belongings are now theirs! I left my duffel bag with some jewelry and skincare products hanging behind bathroom door. High end and expensive products and it was stolen never to be seen again. I had medicine in my bag and it is now gone and it will impact my well being because i cannot get the medicine refilled easily. Staff and manager take no responsibility. Also, the maids did not clean or make my bed for three days, despite my request to clean my room. Something is off.
