        The resort is very nice in both the room and the facilities; the staffs are nice and very helpful to us, and the location is very convenient

        There's no way this is a 4 star resort, especially for Scottsdale. The Phoenician next door is a 4 star resort. This is a 2 star property at best. They try, but the accommodations are dated (although very clean); they'd be dated for 1970. Great location. Acceptable overall experience at best. What makes this place unworthy of consideration is the service. Don't call the front desk! They don't want to be bothered. And you better be out at 9:59 on check out day or you receive a comically bad, sarcastic, nasty call from the front desk threatening to charge you (even if you're in the midst of packing your car)! Super weird.
