This is where my family and I stayed when my brother had his kidney transplant at the Mayo Clinic. Unfortunately things went bad when they had to put my brother on life-support and home too. Suites gave us the deal where we were able to afford it and stay there while we had to be with my brother they were amazing, they accommodated us told us dont worry about anything we needed at the time. Annie helped us through the Mayo Clinic to get this place. We didnt even know it was here and its beautiful comfortable breakfast was amazing. So now my brother made it through. Hes doing amazing we go back on 16 April. He has testing and bloodwork done and then on the 17th. He has a biopsy to make sure everythings OK and will be trying to stay hereaway love this place

On the last night of my 4 day stay I was having trouble with the app and couldnt get my keys to work I asked for a key card that morning and got one. That evening I came back by myself after a very difficult day and thought I had lost said key and asked for a new one I was told I needed ID. We are Hilton diamond status members and have been staying in hiltons for years never once have I been asked for ID I show my ID. The guy says its only my husbands name on the reservation. No problem my military Id has his name on it which I also showed him Apparently this still wasnt good enough. I show him the app on my phone which has my room number and my husbands name but thats not enough either. I showed my military passport which ALSO HAS HIS NAME ON IT but no So he says he has to talk to my husband on the phone. So I call him. After all of this he says my husband has to call the hotel with his caller ID on. At this point, I have shown him enough that allowed me international travel when the borders were closed during Covid, but this wasnt enough for this Front Desk staff he then says hes going to ask He disappears, and I look through my bag for my husbands orders as Im looking I find the key I went upstairs. an absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary experience
