Checked in at 4:30 pm. Check in is as 3:00pm. Room had not been cleaned yet. I had the keys to a dirty room. Trash still there, towels from previous guests, comforter and pillows on the floor. When we notified the front desk, they just said we are short staffed. I get it. Sometimes things happen. But they need a better system instead of allowing guests into a dirty room. We were from out of town and needed to shower and get ready but they needed to get someone in to clean the room. Didn't offer a different room or anything for the inconvenience. They also didn't let us know when the room would be ready, when we checked about 45 minutes later it still wasn't touched.

My son and his girlfriend stayed at Papago Inn. They had an enjoyable stay until the end. They ate breakfast in bed. My son wanted to shake the crumbs off the bed So he lifted up the sheets and discovered this huge stain of bodily fluid. He was so disgusted he immediately took a picture and called me. He said I'm so grossed out I don't know what to do. I instructed him to go down to the front desk and ask for a manager. There was no manager and this young lady was the only one apparently in the building and could not leave the front desk. He asked for the manager and General Manager's name and number. We intend to follow up with the general manager SS, but I also wanted to post this because this is unacceptable. It's your job to make sure your housekeepers are trained to clean and disinfect these rooms in between customers. As a visitor, there are certain expectations when we check in and most important is cleanliness. They felt dirty and violated by this whole experience. This is a health hazard, this is gross and disgusting. I am unable to post a picture of this 2 foot brown stain with a gray ring around it. How can a housekeeper and all good conscious just put a clean sheet over that main mattress cover with a large urine stain. I do expect someone to follow up, because I'm also following up with the local health department, department of hotels, Better Business Bureau and Consumer reports.org. I have never had to post a bad review and I hope I never have to do this again.

I checked in to the place at 4 pm, but was told that the room still needs to be cleaned and to come back in an hour. When I came back, I was told there are only 2 cleaning workers on duty and they still need to clean 14 other rooms before mine. I was tired and did not want to wait too long for my room. So be aware of this inconvenience.
