Brians team are excellent. Long time Bang and Olufsen fan. Have bought speakers, TVs (Sony and LG), and have had them custom install most of it including a Beosound Theater last week. 1st class operation. Brian, Bethany,and Dakota are all rock stars. Cant speak highly enough about them. If you have any audio/video needs-go here 1st-skip the big box retailers.

I only needed a replacement battery for my Beolit but received attention and service as if I had ordered all the B&O products. The staff took my order and payment quickly. They kept me informed of the status of my order during an extended supply chain issue with the Netherlands supplier. Each time I called I received a prompt update from the knowledgeable and courteous staff that always returned my call if necessary. Very satisfied with their service!

Love this place. Was looking for a Bang and Olufsen product in a specific color. I called and luckily they had it. The buying experience from start to finish was phenomenal. The nicest people. Quick and painless purchase. Shipped out same day and arrived within 2-3 days. Very nice presentation on the unboxing. The sound on these are phenomenal. Another great B&O product. Couldn't be happier
