      image I used to love Nordstrom, and do my holiday and apparel shopping there until very recently. I do have their credit card, and had recently purchased and returned two dresses that did not fit me. I am now being charged interest and late fees for the returned products, claiming that even though I returned them, I still need to pay interest on the charges. Ive never had that issue with another credit card before, so save yourself some time and do not open the Nordstrom credit card.

      image Ive been a patron of Nordstrom for probably close to 15 years. My recent trip to this location stood out impeccably. I had not been shopping to actually try on clothes since the pandemic. A lovely sales associate named Helen with a comforting English accent greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I indeed did. I had to dress for a complicated funeral and I was at a loss. She was so helpful, kind, and attentive. She helped me stick within my budget and brought me tons of options to my dressing room. I ended up purchasing items she gave as suggestions. She was honest and so gentle with my situation. Not to mention trying on clothes for any woman can be challenging. My recent experience at this location has left me remembering why I shop with this company in the first place. Helen exemplifies top notch customer service. Nordstrom Scottsdale Fashion Square was wonderful! Keep up the great work.
