I had been shopping for months for a comfy king mattress. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection at Bobs. More importantly, I got top customer service from Rafael. He left me alone to shop, which I like. He was knowledgeable about the products and offered several options. I ended up purchasing a plush king mattress at a great price, and am so excited about its arrival.

Walt was a super salesman. Informative but not pushy ! ( He is in the Tempe location and I've gone back to Tempe even though I moved to Mesa....)

I am sorry to say that If you want your day to be miserable, just avoid chatting with manager name Brooks over there . He did not help us but instead turned rude after one of his employee made a huge error. Employees make mistakes but if a manager is disrespectful to customers, that is not acceptable especially after we bought our living room furnitures from them that includes 2 dining tables and couch set within span of 3 months. I love Bobs and will keep coming but i just hope that we do not come across this situation again.
