        I love this Chase Branch. I had issues with my bank account. I met with Yuliya Branch Manager & Maddie Lertzman. WOW 5 Stars service. Both went above & beyond to help us get the issues figured out plus resolved. Cant thank both of you enough

        Worst branch. Avoid going here at all costs. We made an appointment with a banker at 2pm, when we arrived we were told that the appointment was actually at 2:30. We weren't sure if that was true as we were pretty sure we made it for 2pm. Anyway we waited. While we were waiting, two bankers were chatting in an office nearby instead of helping us and a man who walked right in went before us. By 2:40 it was clear we weren't going to be helped so we left. No apology, no acknowledgement. Don't waste your time here.
