Poor customer service. Should not matter what someone looks like, you dont judge some by how they look. The fact that it took 6 employees to cash a check because the person cashing it is a biker is unacceptable and disrespectful.

We take great pride in treating everyone fairly no matter of their appearance. We also take great responsibility for protecting our customer’s accounts, which is what we were doing.
