This pool company 4 years ago was the BEST pool company Ive used the last 10 years and Ive used a good 6-7. But sadly service, quality and communication has slipped so much the last 5-6 months that Im longer going to use them. Sad. They were so good before.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have used this company for the past 2 years but over the past 6 or so months the quality of service and lack of care has been horrible. First they came and did a filter cleaning service...I cant remember how much it was but it was more than our monthly service and never discussed approving the work or charges. Then they charges us for a chlorine floater that their guy broke and unfortunately I didn't notice it had been missing for quite a while. We called and let them now that from now on they need to have us approve the work or equipment replacement prior to it being done. They had a service tech come to our house that would bring another guy with him a lot but also a female which I was not comfortable with. When told to the company they said that that was not happening...but they are in our backyard and on our cameras so it obviously happening. Just a few weeks ago they replaced something else with out discussing it with us again. Shortly after they sent an email saying they were increasing their monthly price but also would b instilling a chemical charge in addition. I immediately emailed to say we would be cancelling service after the month we had already paid. Next week comes and no service, I emailed to ask why they stated that the gate was blocked with an item that couldn't be moved so they didn't service. It happened to be the garbage can left put after garbage day....its our fault for leaving it there. I admit that but also it was empty and perfectly able to be moved. Made me upset at the sheer laziness for it but also get it. Cut to yesterday...they came and serviced our pool. Check our cams in the back and after emptying one of the baskets they left out our floating pool thermometer on the pool deck which is always in the debris basket. Our dogs went out in the backyard which are puppies still and ate the thermometer which should have been in the pool. Then because the gate was not latched by the pool technician upon leaving the pups got out and were running all over the neighborhood. This company used to be great but over the last few months its been a crazy disappointment and would never recommend them after all we have been through. I don't know what has changes but they need to figure it out.

Very poor service. The pool tech had never been trained to operate pool equipment. We went through numerous pool techs and they very seldom came at their assigned time. The salt cell was rarely cleaned and was down for months. We had to have a repairman come out on our own to repair pool parts.

this company with do services not asked for or pre sold and send a bill without the ok of their customer. was billed for a chlorine floater was told it was cracked but watching my cams the service person for them dropped it. they come sometime not every week as promised and left my gate un latched and my thermostat out on the pool deck. I have dogs ofcoarse so thanks for making me miss time at work chasing them. be cautious if you use this company. they also had a employee who brought friends with him when servicing my pool and girlfriend on occasion. just not professional

We used this pool cleaning company for about two months and had them come twice a week for our short term rental. The pool floor almost always looked dirty. There were all sorts of repairs advised which we did such as a new filter, unclogging the pump, and we still had the pool turn completely green. This is super frustrating, knowing they come out twice a week, so it shouldn't be any surprise there's an issue as large as this one and it remained green for almost a week with guests coming and go! I messaged the company the first day I noticed it turning green, and didn't get a response. I messaged them again a couple days later and got a response the next day. Eventually a repair tech came and fixed the pump problem, but by that point, they lost my confidence. Such a frustrating experience.
