I originally met these guys when I had home warranty work, when my filter system cracked. They are responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They did not try to oversell me, but gave me advice based on the questions and needs I have. They took the time to explain all of the different aspects of the repairs and recommendations. Recently, when I had a repair that was not covered by home warranty, I called them in as well. They are the only people I trust to repair my system. Service: General repairs & maintenance

The customer service is excellent, however they should be careful with the people they hire. One guy from this company came over to my house today in order to figure out what was the problem with the pool motor. After one hour inspecting the motor he told me that it had to be replaced due to wear and tear. After one more hour he “figured out that the issue was a chemical damage to the motor” that he didn’t see before, and thus my warranty didn’t cover it. I got upset because he wasted my whole morning while trying to figure out what was going on with a simple pool motor, and when I asked the guy why he couldn’t figure out the issue before, he literally run away saying that he had other stuff to do without giving me any explanation. I then called another company to check the ph and chemical of my pool and they found that everything was spot on including the chemicals. A waste of my money and my time.
