I do not post many reviews online, but want to mention that the Folks at Blue Royalty have gone above and beyond with our pool items. Natalie works with scheduling and warranties, and is great to deal with. Cameron is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Highly recommended!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Have had nothing but bad service, damage to my tile, damage to my pool equipment and lack of professionalism. Many times technician came and left within minutes. Had to show owner on cameras exact time technician was here. Technician said he cleaned baskets and took photos right after tech left with baskets full of debris. Just experienced today 17 chlorine tablets in 2 baskets in a salt water pool. Both baskets and interior of skimmers are yellow from so many tablets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

Cameron and team are not only technically proficient, but have great customer service.first time I had used them was to diagnose some electrical problems with my equipment. He was very good at fixing the problem and making several more suggestions about what was needed and why . Over the course of several months, his cautions about future issues came true and I again called and now had him make permanent repairs. Months later I had a pool disaster due to improper maintenance from my pool service and again called Blue Royalty who came out and diagnosed the problem, corrected it at a fair price, and I have now switched to Blue Royalty for all my service . They are knowledgable, honest, and focused on what they do. Highly recommend them.

Great team of people. After our general walked out of our project with 40k of our money, these guys came and finished installing the splash pad. Works awesome. They did it for a very fair price. These guys know everything about pools. Some service people can just clean, these guys can fix, repair, anything you need. I didnt know you could be passionate about pools like this but have a chat with them and you'll see what I'm talking about.
