Went to Petco today to purchase some fish items and dog cookies. Walk in not even greeted. Get our items and went to get dog cookies. It was then told to us rather rudely by Michelle that we could not make our purchases as the registers were down. And if we wanted the items we would have to order online and do in store pick up so we do the online order. Sadly couldnt order cookies. Then proceed to the register with the confirmation number. And once again by Michelle and some blonde haired lady were told rather rudely you have to wait for the order to come thru. The minute we walked in the door should have been told the registers were down. Would not have been a big deal if Michelle and the other cashier hadnt been so rude. And this makes the third time Michelle has been rude to us. Really need to revisit on how to treat customers and revisit training on customer service skills. Not even sorry for the inconvenience or even thank you for shopping here. Next time we will go to PetSmart.
