      image Anais, an alert & compassionate cashier, observed my dog (16lbs) outside the store; leashed but loose after my thumb caught in my locked car door. Anais's immediate action & quick-thinking saved my small dog from what could've happened...
      Then, Anais gave me paper towels to stop the bleeding & GM, John, gave me bandaids.
      I'm grateful Anais noticed my dog, while actively working! That's the highest level of "multitasking" I've ever seen. We both appreciate Anais's take-charge attitude, stopping a developing "situation."
