Such helpful and kind staff. They have everything here! We stayed at Hassayampa, and they gave us a coupon for Whiskers, and I'm so glad they did!

Was able to take a walk in nail trim on a busy Saturday 3-4 months ago, as advertised on their website at the time, for $12. They did awesome! However, when I got there they asked me if I had an appointment, and shared they were super busy and if I could come back the next day. I couldnt, had driven down specifically because of the walk-in info. I did follow instructions on the website a week prior and submitted a request online for an appointment but didnt hear back.
I called them about a month ago to seek if they still did walk-in nail trims and the very nice person who answered said they were down 2 groomers, and they wouldnt be able to that day. I asked if I could make an appointment for the next week or after, and they said they didnt know if they could and the groomer would call back. Left name and number and didnt get a call back.
They have AWESOME customer service and great options in the store, but not being able to take advantage of advertised services or make an appointment at all meant I went to Petco when Id prefer to support a local business. But if you can get in, I highly recommend!
